Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nevawalk gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Accessories & Apparel that have been worn or washed
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for defective items only)

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state your desired replacement item in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
